    My 10 year old has Aspergers Syndrome. When I first got his diagnosis I had no idea what that was. Now I not only have become quite intimate with what Aspergers is, but I've also made the major discovery I'm an Aspie as well. I have learned to accept that not only is my son special needs, but in a lot of ways, so am I. Not that this gets me off the hook or anything, but it helps me to understand why I act and feel certain ways.
