Help me in signing up??????????

Hi,
I am a resident of Saudi Arabia and I have been trying to sign up this program for my kinder daughter but after putting my credit card no. web page says that your credit card is declined ?????????/I don't know what is happening and I issued this credit card yesterday.and it would expire in 2013.
What is tracking code?How to get it?
Kindly help me in registering....................

The fastest way to resolve this issue is email them, I'd say call but u live in saudi and it will cost you a lot of money for that.

For some reason the payment will not approve and that's why you're getting that message. Recently, credit card companies have tightened security and will not allow a payment to go through if they suspect a suspicious transaction. Perhaps that's why you're having trouble. I would contact the credit card company to find out why it will not process.
