    i moved here to texas been homeschooling my son since nov.2010 now im getting questioned from my old state nm today recieved a phone call today saying my son has to be takeing taks test with the school is a must what do i do im new to this homeschooling we live here in friona tx

    hmmmm..... I am not from NM or TX But I would think since you moved to TX that you should be going by Tx laws. If I were you i would call the Tx local school board exsplain your situation that you have just moved there and ask what you need to do and what they require of you...
