My kid is not here yet. I know its kinda early. I am big on planning and preparing. I started 2 years ago collecting educational material. I live in kent county Michigan. I refuse to send my child to school with the kids I see in the community these days. I am educated myself. I am claiming religios objection to institutionalized education.

I do not think any american school I can afford has the educational standards I want my kid to have. Also the enviroment and the atmosphere in todays schools are scary to say the least.

Sorry got on my soap box and hope I did not offend any of our over worked underfunded teachers.


If I understand what I read I do not need a teaching degree. I just have to teach the basics. I plan to teach more than that. Is this correct?
