Portfolio (records)

I am transfering my daughter into another program because she is in highschool now. They are needing her records from this program to let her in. When I went into her portfolio they were completely gone I searched everywhere. Is there anyway I could get her records?

I will have to check on that for you. If you have closed your account they may no longer be available. I'll let you know what I find out.

I was right, if you have already closed your daughter's account the records are no longer available. If your account has been deleted you can still log into your parent admin and print out a Letter of Enrollment which will indicate the students name, grade, length of time the student was a member along with the amount of logins they had. I don't know what else you can do to obtain the records.
