Can someone please tell me what if any regulations there are for teaching homeschool Pre-K as a co-op?

Hi, that will likely depend on if your state has any homeschool laws that address that issue. What state are you in?

I'm not from Kansas, but here is information about homeschooling from the Kansas Department of Education. They have no specific homeschool law. Homeschools are considered private schools. Because of that they do not require, as most states do, that the parent be the person teaching or in charge of the student's education. They only require that the teacher is "competent".

Here's a step-by-step guide to Kansas homeschool laws.
