Was just wondering if there is a way to delete a saved schedule. I made a schedule but we are behine in our math and I tried to rescheld it to pick up where we left off but now I have way to many schedules saved for one child. Thank you, Tammy K

    Hi Tammy,

You can save up to 3 activity schedules, any saved after that will replace the oldest one. The name of the schedule is actually the date is was created and the last digit refers to the version (i.e. V2, V3 etc) so for example T4L1292013V2 means it was created on 1/29/2013 and it is version2

    Hope this helps!

I had the same question. Thanks for answering.

I have a ques. about the Activity scheduler, too. I tried using it for the first time tonight and it didn't generate anything. I even opened it in Adobe reader and it just showed the icons at the top and the generic Activity Calendar header. I tried it for a full school year and for just a week. Neither generated anything. I clicked "save" and tried to go back and re-open it and it's blank. I have "show all" chosen from the drop down menu. Maybe this is a temporary glitch? I will try again another day.

I finally got around to calling and they were very helpful. It turns out my student wasn't recognized as a kindergartener on that page (pre-K can't make a schedule) so it wasn't allowing me to pick beginning/ending activities for creating the schedule. All fixed now!

Suzanne, based on your reply, does it mean that there is no option to delete an existing scheduler i.e. it will keep to 3 cycles and auto-delete the earliest one when the 4th schedule comes in.

Thanks in advance for your clarification.

You can delete any schedule you have saved in your activity scheduler. When viewing the activity scheduler icon you have an icon "manage settings", you can delete any schedules you have saved. If you need further assistance, please call us at 888-771-0914. We are in the office from 8:30am-7:00pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-6:00pm on Friday.

Is there some way to set it up so that the activity scheduler automatically gets checked off when my son complete and activity? Or do I have to do that manually, opening up his "recent work" in one tab and the "Activity scheduler" in the other?

We are unable to make this an option with the scheduler and the curriculum as we have no way to make the scheduler talk to the curriculum. The scheduler is only meant as a guide for the student to know what must be done to stay within that start and end date for the school year. The student or parent will need to check off the work that is done manually on the scheduler.
