Cookie RECIPE Exchange!

Tis' The Season to exchange cookies. This Friday we are taking off school and hitting the road to go to our 7th annual cookie exchange and I can't wait! There is only one problem I need some cookie recipes! Can you help me?

I am looking for something that's pretty straight forward, but unique and also won't KILL my budget.

I saw a cute recipe that called for Toll House cookies and the gal put pretzels as the antlers, chocolate chips as the eyes and a red cinnamon candy as the nose. This cookie exchange does not allow bars, balls or candies. It has to be a cookie and I have to make 100!

So please feel free to share away!

I just tried this one Mary for Hubby cookie exchange at work and it was YUM and SO easy!

1 package of Betty Crocker Oatmeal cookie mix
Make as stated on back of bag.
Add to this 1/2 cup of dried cranberries + 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
    Bake as stated.

You can melt more white chocolate chips and drizzle on top if you want, we didnt have time and I couldnt get the Nestle chips to melt well. I think if I do it again, I would get the white baking chips, those big, flat ones because they melt better and stay melted longer.

These are called Merry Cranberry Cookies and look AWESOME for Xmas time with the white chips and red cranberries! Nice and moist plus the tart of the cranberries offsets the sweet of the chips!
