    My son went to public school until this year. Elementary school was alright, we had to be pretty pushy to get him the 504 Accommodation he needed, but once that was in place the elementary school was good for him, but last year he was in sixth grade and went to middle school. I know middle school is difficult for all kids, but I can't believe the negative effects it had on him. Not only has he lost interest in learning for its own sake, he's convinced he's too stupid to even go to community college. ...
