    Homeschooling is by far one of the greatest tasks that I have ever done as a mother. It serves to educate my children, bring their hearts close to mine, prepare them for their future, and instill daily life skills.     Yesterday I heard about a homeschool mom who wanted to enroll her kids in EVERY extracurricular activity that is available at their local public school. Here in Florida we have a pretty generous dual-enrollment program. When I heard about this mom I couldn't help but think, "My goodness!! WHY???"

    You've probably heard the research that video games can help kids with autism to develop their social skills. They also seem to help kids who have ADHD to improve their ability to stay focused on a specific task. But can playing a video game give your kids real world job skills??
