The City has proudly offered this mobile recreation program for 14 years at various local parks at no cost to the public. This summer, Kingman Regional Medical Center has graciously sponsored the program for it's second year. The program will continue for eight consecutive weeks of free activities. Keep your eyes open for the tan Buick Rendezvous with the KRMC Vantastic signs on it. Vantastic will be bringing arts and crafts, board games, sports activities, and fun games to six different neighborhood parks.
Where: Cecil Davis Park, 601 Van Buren and Southern
When: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Tuesdays through July 26th)
Who: Bring the family! The "Vantastic" program is brought to you by the City of Kingman Parks and Recreation Department and Kingman Regional Medical Center. This activity is staffed by Recreation Staff and is offered free of charge to all Kingman area residents.

This class provides you the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics using fewer strenuous routines. J. J. Harris will take you through a vibrant, floor workout that will surely tone your body. All sessions are 4-weeks in length. Bring a towel and a water bottle.

When: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (through July 14th)
Who: 16 years and up

Tuesday, June 21 - Bullhead - Voices of the River Weekly Rehearsal

The Bullhead Chapter of the Mohave Community College Foundation sponsors the community choir, Voices of the River! Featuring over 50 singers from all walks of life, here in the Tri-State area.
Where: Rehearsals are each Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00PM at Mohave Community College, Room 600, Bullhead City Campus.

Wednesday, June 22 - Kingman - Body Shaping

Participants will get the combination of aerobic, step, yoga and stretching exercises using exercise tools like sticks, balls and weights as designed for total body shaping. Through aerobic and step exercises you get the cardiovascular benefits, along with increasing your heart rate while toning & firming your muscles and burning away fat. Yoga and stretching exercises facilitates flexbility, strength, balance and improve function of many of the body's organs. All sessions are 4-weeks in length. Portable steps, sticks, balls and weights will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottle.

Join the Kingman Parks and Recreation Department for a family dinner, outdoor bingo and dessert! Dinner is at 6PM and Bingo at 7PM. You have the opportunity to win plenty of great prizes for kids and adults.
