    Default Assessments

Having retrieved our 6th grader from a toxic situation near the end of his school year, we want to assess just where he is academically. Are there any tools for assessing current 6th grade knowledge levels in Time4??

Hi there! Welcome to Time4Learning. A lot of parents will determine where the student fits by looking at the lesson plans to see what they've already covered. Some will allow their student to begin at the start of a grade level and take the exams to see where they start having trouble. Maybe this could work for you?

Welcome! You can always change grade levels at any time. Students can work at different grade levels in each subject, or even skip around between grade levels in the same subject. For example, a child might be doing find in fourth grade math while studying additional and subtraction, but begins to struggle when they get to multiplication and division. You can move them back down to third grade math for multiplication and division and then try the fourth grade level again.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
