    Default Activity Scheduler?

Anyone know if the activity scheduler will be available for high school?

The Activity Scheduler isn't currently available for the high school courses, but it will be eventually. Technical staff are hard at work to make sure the high school courses end up having all the same tools (and more) that members enjoy at lower levels.

If there is no activity scheduler how do we know how much work must be completed each week to finish the school year?

The Activity Scheduler is a relatively new addition to the Time4Learning parent resources. Before it was available, parents looked at the scope and sequence/lesson plans to see how many lesson activities were in a subject and divided that number by the number of days in their school year. The high school scope and sequence/lesson plans is now available within your parent login, so you may use that method.

But . . . the Activity Scheduler for high school is being built at this very minute! We hope to have it available by next week. We can't make promises, because sometimes unexpected things happen when designing a program . . . but soon, very soon!

Hi. I just signed my daughter up for this program. I've watched the videos on how to use the Activity Scheduler and where it is supposed to be located, but that icon is not on the page. It shows that my daughter is an active student. I don't know what to do. It isn't on my parent or student page.

I am currently using the HS activity scheduler; it is on the parent admin page under student records. However....before I got the hang of it, I created schedules with the wrong dates! How do I delete what is there and create a new one with the correct dates?

You can't actually delete a schedule, but you can replace it with a new schedule.

Select your student. Select the schedule that you no longer want. After the unwanted schedule appears, look to the upper, left of it for "Regenerate a Schedule". Click on that and make your new schedule. Save it. The new schedule will replace the unwanted schedule.
