I use it for my seven-year-old with special needs. It's a good supplement. It's not very deep. The lessons are extremely short (a couple of minutes or less) . . . which works great for a child with special needs and a short attention span.

The site is a little too busy for a child of the age it targets to navigate by themselves.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!

I have not used it. We have only used time4learning so I can't really say much about other programs. Sorry.

I use it for my 3.5 year old. It's fine, but I do agree that it's very busy for a 3 year old. I wish there weren't so many places to "wonder off" to instead of doing the lessons. But really, my 3 year old knows everything he should for his age, so I don't mind if he wonders around. If I want him to do his lessons, I generally have to sit with him to keep him on task. It's not too difficult for my 7 (almost 8) year old to help out with. She'll sit with him sometimes and help him stay on task when I'm busy.

I still have to sit with my ten year old to keep him focused on his work. If he were in school he would probably be diagnosed with ADHD or something like that.

I recently found an option in the parent settings that shades out the extra stuff around the boarder during lessons. It has helped tremendously!

That sounds like a great idea. I didn't know we had it.
