Default Starting with time4learning for my 8th grader tomorrow, I have questions!

Hi My name is Kristin, and my son Brandon will be starting homeschooling tomorrow. I have no idea how many lessons to have him do a day! Also, I'm not sure where to start him out since we are starting so late in the year. Can anyone help me figure this out?

You could start him out at the beginning of 8th grade. Just let him do the quizes on each lesson. If he knows the material and passes the quiz, let him move on to the next lesson. If he doesn't pass the quiz he can then go back and work through the material. To decide how many lessons to do each day, figure out how many days you want to do school for the rest of the school year. Then count up how many lessons there are to do. Divide the number of lessons by the number of days of school. Stop over at the Indiana Parent Forum and introduce yourself. We'd love to get to know you over there.
