Default How many lessons should your child do each week...

We use T4L as our main curriculum for homeschool and we love it.
If you do too, did you see this? If you ever wondered how many lessons/activities your child should do each week, check out this great worksheet. I printed it out and the kids look at it every day to see what needs to be done.

    1. Find out the number of activities in each subject using the table provided under the "Getting Started Guide" listed under
"Additional Resources" when you logon under the parent login tab.

    2. Figure out the number of weeks in your school year.

    # of weeks_______

    3. Divide the number of activities by the number of weeks.

Language Arts LA Extensions Math Science Social Studies
    ____________ ____________ ____________ ____________ ____________

This will be the number of activities you'll need to do each week in order to complete the curriculum in your school year.

My girls & I actually did this when we started using T4L in Aug. We haven't really been sticking to it completely...sometimes we do more, sometimes less, depending on what else is going on in life...but it is helpful to keep some sort of idea where you are at.

What I did was broke it down into days, then printed the kids a list and posted it on our classroom wall. That way, they know what's expected of them.
