Need help with high school age 17
My daughter was taken out of school last February due to a concussion that has been on going for two years. MD does not offer home and health tutors because she was in GT and AP classes so i have decided to home school. I need help with understanding how do I file to get her MD high school diploma. I found a curriculum but also need help with understanding what credits one needs to get their diploma and the state will not offer me any advice. She does not want a GED but a high school diploma and is in the 11th grade and will be 18 in February of 2015.

I'm sorry the state won't help you. Have you tried contacting your local school board to see if they can offer any help? If she wants an actual diploma issued by a school, you'll have to find an accredited curriculum/program. LetsHomeschoolHighschool.com has an excellent curriculum directory you can browse... Good luck! Please check back and let us know how things are going!
