Hi I am creating my children's portfolios. I know to input the worksheets and extra activities they do but does anyone input the lesson plans and what is accomplished or the grade sheets/activities completed each week. Our reviewer is our county school system.

I'm not in your state, but I've seen people type up the unit/chapter titles instead of printing the whole lesson plan, which can be really long.
