    Default Is it legal to host a twice weekly class in my home in Ma?

    Please help, I can not find any information about the legality of holding paid art and history classes for children in my home.

    I'm not in Massachusetts, but I don't see anything in Massachusetts' homeschool laws that would prevent a homeschooling parent from taking advantage of such classes. As to whether it's legal for you to offer them: A Google search turns up many people in Massachusetts who are teaching piano lessons from their home. Would this be any different?

    I hope someone from your area comes along with the answer to your question.

    I think this is the same as piano lessons in the home, as stated above. You might look up home business laws as well.
