    Default Anyone else's 2nd grader using 3rd level Language/LA extensions?

    He really liked the 2nd grade funny characters, and now it seems like the 3rd grade lessons are more straightforward and not as geared towards"fun". Anyone else's child having difficulties adapting?

    The core language arts is still pretty silly in third grade. My kids prefer the animated lessons, but I do like that the lessons "grow" with them.
