    Default Changing levels

I've requested a change in my son's grade level twice and haven't gotten any response. The first time I assumed that I had done something wrong, so I did it again about a week later. The levels are still the same. We've been manually moving up, but it would be easier if we didn't have to. Should I call or should I try again?

From what grade level to what grade level? And which subject?

I'm trying to move him from 2nd to 3rd grade in Science and Social Studies.

Hmm, that's usually done within a day. It's odd that it was missed twice. That's not usual at all. I'm sorry!

It's too late to telephone today, otherwise I'd say just call. What method did you use to request the change? (Which button did you click, did you log in as a parent first, and so forth.)

I logged in as a parent, clicked on the tab that says change level and filled out the e-mail. It's still not changed. I'll try to find time to call tommorrow.
