    Exclamation Curriculum Update From Time4Learning!

Time4Learning has some exciting news! New activities are being added to the Time4Learning curriculum available to your student!

    When? Saturday, February 21st.

New content for Language Arts in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades as well as Math in 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades will be part of this update.

The new material will be added into some chapters your student might have already completed. Your students do not need to complete the new material, but it is available if you want to take advantage of it.

We hope you enjoy all the new lessons. Time4Learning is always striving for content improvement that will benefit your student.

Default Need updated lesson plan for new lessons?

When will T4L provide new lesson plans/scope and sequence for all the updates?
I need that to compare what was already completed to see where it fits in what changed.
    Thanks

    Hi!

Has there been a change with the MS Life Science and MS Physical Science curriculum? I can not find them on the activity scheduler, but they still show up in the Lesson Plans Scope and Sequence section.

    Thank you!!

Cindy, the middle school science lessons have not changed. You might want to log in to your parent account and go to Adjust Educational Level. There, you can see what courses you have signed up for, and make sure the appropriate science courses are there. If not, you can add them.

If they are there, but still not showing up on your Activity Planner, please call Time4Learning support: Hours: Weekdays - 8:30am to 7:00pm (6pm on Fridays) EST Phone: (888) 771-0914.

I am hating the new, updated lessons. Why did they change? Instead of showing what steps to take the lesson shows models and moves too quickly through the steps. It's very frustrating. May switch to Aleks next year...

They changed to align with common core which is all about models and no basic foundation skills.

Hi! New lessons were added. The older material was not removed. The new lessons are marked with a red "New!" indicator within the lesson plans/scope and sequence.

Time4Learning was around before common core and has changed nothing to align with common core. It has always exceeded those standards. We do use a variety of teaching methods, to reach all types of learners. Some of these methods may appear to resemble common core methods, while others will not. Parents are free to skip any material. Time4Learning does not participate in any common core reporting or statistics.
