Default Do you require a certain percent/grade on assignments or quizzes?

Last year when we worked out of workbooks and worksheets. I required at least a "c" or we would do extra work in that area until the scores improved.

This year using T4L I'm not sure what to do if my son doesn't make an acceptable grade. What do you all do? Redo some of the online lessons? Find some ancillary worksheets?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jen,

This forum is for posting supplemental resources for use with Time4Learning. You will get more responses if you post in a forum like "Members Chat on Using Time4Learning".

I would have my child repeat lessons he doesn't understand while I worked alongside him helping him grasp the skill. If there is a quiz or test related to the lesson, when he retakes it, it will be a different one. The grade will be an average of the first test and the retake.

    Hope this helps a little.
    Joyfully,
    Jackie

Thanks Jackie..I figured because I was asking about his grade level and supplemental resources to use it might go here. Sorry. You can delete if you like.

If I see a grade under 70% I write down the lesson number and then have them re-do it with me supervising them, that way if there was something they didn't understand I can explain it to them. It's worked out very well so far.
