    Default Playground Help

Can someone help me with this:

My son is in the 7th grade, and I can't seem to get him into the Playground.

When I log into the middle school area and click on Playground, it takes me to the elementary log in. Which then his password and user name don't work there.

    What am I doing wrong?

I even set up his work time to 0, to try and go straight to the games.

I wanted to show him around the site, but have never been able to get in the playground.

    Default Upper Level playground

Sometimes, depending on your computer settings, upper level students have trouble getting into the playground. We have a feeling it has to do with the security settings. Until we find the exact cause contact [email protected] We will allow the student to login through the lower level and the student will be able to get into the playground that way.

We will keep you posted once the problem is located and corrected.

    Default Thanks

I did contact them and they worked their magic to make it work. I'm so glad, because we haven't been able to see the playground for the month we've had it.

Had to show my son there was some "fun" in school too.

    Thanks a lot.
