    Default Public school

    Does this mean she is no longer in public school and can just do time4learning? And i assume if yes I need to let the school know?

    Hi. Each state has its own homeschool laws. Time4Learning allows anyone to sign up and get started with the curriculum at any time. They do encourage you to follow the homeschool laws in your state, but they do not oversee that.

    The best place to find your state's homeschool laws is your state's Department of Education website. Some states require notification . . . one-time or annual. Others do not. The homeschool laws vary a lot from state to state.
