    Default reading question

How do you do the reading with the books scheduled in the lang at 5th grade? Should I have her read the book or just do the lessons with the couple pieces from the book. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks Brooke

The program is designed to be complete using the book excerpts which are included in the online lessons.

Some students are interested in reading the "whole book" after getting a "taste" of it from the lessons and some parents choose to assign the entire book as additional reading. Because of this, Time4Learning has found outside sources where most of the books can be purchased. They books are not a necessary part of the program.

Information on purchasing the books can be found here.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!

Thank you. I think we will just see how it goes with what comes with T4L unless she seems interested in reading the whole book. My daughter is not fond of reading, she has mild LD with reading and spelling.
