    Default Using as Comprehension Remediation

My daughter is in 2nd grade and needs some extra remediation with her comprehension skills/strategies. I have been having her work through the LA lessons figuring the other lessons wouldn't hurt either. Is this the best path for her? If not what is?

Reading comprehension is dependent on other language skills, so I would agree that your approach makes sense. If it doesn't seem to be working, you can always change your strategy later. Teaching involves a lot of trial and error, but it's great to be able to give our kids that customized experience!

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
