There is a learning curve when beginning any new curriculum. What one thing do you wish you had known about this program before starting Time4Learning?

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!

This is a tough one because while I feel like it is straightforward to use, it seems like I am still picking up on new things as my kids progress.

The only thing I might say is how much of the extra activities from the teaching guide or word lists I would spend time on. I have oscillated between overdoing and wondering if I should do more. I suppose I still wonder, but now I am staying on the side of not overdoing it. My kids seem to be doing pretty well and I am concerned that overdoing it would make them hate learning.

I might be missing something, but I wish I could see the correct answers on the quizzes so that I could help my child understand why they got the question wrong. Also, I understand the idea, but I wish that when I re-assign a lesson or quiz that it wouldn't average the grade. I wish it would only record the new grade.
