The Home School Foundation is an organization that offers a variety of scholarships to homeschooling families to help with specific needs. One of their scholarship funds is the Military Fund. Here's the information from their website:

"This fund assists military homeschool families who are struggling financially to meet their children’s educational needs.

W H O D O E S I T H E L P ?

This fund helps military homeschool families by taking some of the pressure of purchasing essential curriculum off their shoulders. Families where one or both parents are active, disabled, retired or in the reserves with a branch of the military are encouraged to apply.Scholarships are given based on financial need and the availability of funds. Please note—you must be presently homeschooling and have homeschooled for at least six months prior to making application.

In early 2011, God put it on the hearts of the Home School Foundation’s board members and leadership to start a fund for military families. The details began to come together while simultaneously we heard from donors who wanted to help military homeschoolers. Thus, the Military Fund was born."

Scholarships are granted on the basis of financial need and the availability of funds. Also please note that to be eligible you are required to have been homeschooling for at least 6 months. Applicants will be required to provide proof of military status: active, disabled, retired or in the reserves.
