Default form for keeping up with home school hours

Does anyone have a paper form that they would be willing to share for keeping up with Missouri home school hours. As you know in Missouri we have to keep up with total hours for the year but also core hours. I have tried to design a form for doing this but I would like to be able to total up all the hours easily and keep them separate too.

This is an excellent question. I don't know of a specific form, but I can recommend that you print out progress reports from the work that is done on Time4Learning. The reports are sortable, so you can choose the date range, and the subjects, for example you could choose science for the date range of 5/27-5/31 and ask it to print. This would give you a list of all activities, quizzes, and chapter tests done within the T4L program for that date range. You can watch a video on how to use the progress report function here. I hope this helps!
