I love homeschooling 90 % of the time. I love that we can sleep in in the mornings. We don't have to be up at a certain time to meet the school bus. We don't have to participate in all the fundraisers that schools have. We can go to plays and museums whenever we want to. And when the crowds are small because the other kids are in school. I love homeschooling in New Jersey because we have no rules or restrictions here. There are so many things that I love about homeschooling in New Jersey.

But it can be frustrating as well. I don't like planning an activity. Having 30 people say they will attend. And then five show up for it. I don't like that the state will not provide any services like speech therapy for homeschooled kids.

What things do you find frustrating about homeschooling in general or homeschooling in New Jersey specifically? Let's see if we can get some conversation going about this.
