Welcome to the forums TreeMomma. We did a 14 day trial 6 years ago and we are still using it. Look around the forums. Ask questions. Let us know if you need any help.

Have to tell you, I think this is a great site, depending on the learning style of your student. We did the trial and then used it sporadically as a supplement while our student was doing independent study through her public school. After about 6 weeks of complete misery on the part of all of us, we transferred her to a charter home school using T4L as the primary curriculum for math and social studies. She has done so well that we are using it as our foundation curriculum for next year (CA requires 4th graders to do CA social studies), with some supplementation from outside sources. She begs to do her computer lessons and gets other work done so she can work on the computer. As some people have noted other places, sometimes the quizzes have incorrect answers. Be sure to let support know so they can be corrected. If your student is independent or hand on learner, this might be a good fit. I think it is successful for many students because it is interactive for the most part, and more like the videos they are accustomed to (whether that is a good thing or not, it is reality).

One nice thing about T4L, there are no contracts, so if you purchase a membership and after a month realize it is not working, you can cancel without penalty. And you have been out only $20, not $300 or $400 for a curriculum you discover is not working.
