I have a niece in a public charter school that she is way to advanced for. I want to home-school her but I need to make sure time4learning is accredited through APS. How do I find that out?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting your question!

Time4Learning is an online home-based program used for homeschooling or as a supplement to traditional education. The majority of our users are homeschoolers. While we do correlate to state standards, we are not a school, and therefore, are not accredited. Time4Learning is used by parents for portfolio reviews and by accredited schools.

Our reports section provides progress reports regarding lessons, activities, and assessment scores. It also tracks student usage by date. Parents can log in and review the reports at any time. The tests and progress reports are printable so parents can track progress and, if desired, include reports in portfolios.

Mom to five of the world's most incredible kids, and homeschooling all the way!

    Default Hi

I understand it is not accredited but will the APS accept Time 4 learning if we decide to send back to a regular school. If not do you know of any other online programs I can use because we plan on taking her out of school next week.

    Thanks

I don't know much about other online programs, sorry. You might try the Homeschooling in New Mexico page, and maybe something there will help. Best of luck to you!
