HELP!!! New and have lots of questions
Ok, so I am not even sure I need to register my daughter ( she will not start kindergarten until Fall 2016) but my husband and I were looking into pre-k and kindergarten readiness programs. We did not find anything we liked in our area and can not afford a tuition-based school at this time. The schools in our district are poorly rated and I have only heard negative reviews from various sources, so we will not be forced to send our child to a school that does not have good standards.
Soooooo...my question is do I need to register with NYS to homeschool my preschooler? If so, what do I need to do and know?

You don't have to register until kindergarten.
