I am a planning to homeschool my son with autism
Couple of days i spoke with my son teacher and she told me that my son isn't focusing at school and that he"s not getting the learning at school. So i told her in she subjest to homeschool, but she was'nt clear with her answer. Please i need any advice that anyone can give me. I live in the Bronx and i want to know if there is any support group.God bless everyone.

Here is a great link to homeschool support groups in New York state. I can personally recommend the Tri-County group (toward the end of the list.) They are extremely supportive. I know a lot of families use time4learning for their children who have autism. You might want to check out the special needs forum. I'm sure you'll find a lot of support and quidance there.
