    Default Homeschooling on the Road

Hi, We are a family that used to live in NC~still own a house there~renting it out. I homeschooled my youngest daughter for 2 1/2 years in NC before moving to UK 2 1/2 years ago. When we move back to the states in Sept. we will be travelling the USA in a RV for 9 months. Wondering if I can still "homeschool" under NC? Thought I saw somewhere that I cannot travel out of state for more than 30 days?? Does anyone have any information on this?

    Thanks so much!

I'm not aware of that specific rule, but that's a very interesting question. I'll see if I can find anything out as well.

I'd love to see what you find out about "residency" requirements for NC.... My kids and I are just starting out homeschooling so that they can travel with me for work.... Home office will always be CLT, NC, but we could be on site in a different city/state for months at a time... Not sure how to navigate the Homeschool State laws when we will not be in one state for an entire school year or calendar year.
