    Question New to NC

Hello, I thought I post this once before but I can't find it. Sorry if I double posted. We just moved to NC, specifically Onslow County. My daughter turns 7 years old February of 2017. This year starting July I need to file with the state to register our home school. My question is about the testing. Do I need to do testing for this year or when we are done with the school year. We have been doing T4L for the past year and she is in the 1st grade curriculum. Just confused on when to administer the testing. Also, just to clarify, the testing is something that I keep on file for myself in case the state wants to see what she's done but I do not have to submit to anyone unless we are asked to? Thank you for any info you can provide!

    Default hey

you have 12 months from the time you are "approved" to be a homeshool to have the testing done and have your scores in your student records.
