Kids get the winter blues too. One way I've found to keep things interesting is to celebrate the 100th Day of School in January. My kids really perked up! We made a paper chain out of construction paper with 100 links and baked a cake with "100" written in frosting on the top. There are plenty of neat ideas out there.

Anyone want to share any other ways to break up the winter doldrums? Now that the holidays are over, how do you keep your kids focused on school, especially if the cold weather keeps them cooped up in the house, going stir-crazy?
