Thinking of homeschooling but have a child with disabilities
I am in the beginning stages of homeschooling. We will be moving to Clinton OK. I have a 14 year old daughter who is disabled and I am trying to find information on how that would work when she is on an IEP and what I would need to do as a parent to get the right curriculum for her.

Hi there, and welcome! I don't have any personal experience with needing an IEP for my homeschooler, but most states allow homeschoolers with special needs access to public resources in the case of IEPs. Here is the OK Board of Education homeschool page. From here, you may find additional info, or at least be able to contact the school board in the district you will be moving to, so you can ask.

Also, please visit our Special Needs forum. There you should be able to connect with other families who are homeschooling with special needs.
Good luck! Please check back in and keep us posted as to how things are going for you guys!Katie
