activity pages not loading/blank pages

    Default activity pages not loading/blank pages

    My daughter keeps encountering LA extension activity pages that wont load. We will click on the activity and sometimes they appear, other times she will click on them and the page will open and just remain blank. Maybe we are doing something wrong, we are very new to T4L. Any help on this is appreciated.

    We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles. Loading issues are generally internet connection related. Our site portals through to the sites where the lessons are so sometimes your device might have trouble connecting properly. Are you on a computer or a mobile device? You will want to be sure if you are on a mobile device, please be sure that you do not have any other applications running in the background and that your internet connection is strong.

    If you are on a computer, you can add some trusted sites to your browser which can help strengthen your connection with the system. I located your account and am sending you an email with instructions how to add the sites for whichever browser you are using.     Thank You, I received the email. I am using the computer and I will try to add trusted sites through my security.
