Unhappy Activity plan not showing on childs account

Hi, I have set up the activity planner, selected what days for each lesson, I have saved it on pdf, but it does not show up on child account as anything planned at all. It only gives an option to save as PDF or Excel, there is not a just "save" button like it says in the How to Generate an Activity Schedule, so it is not going to my child's account. She will not know what I want her to do.

Hi! Once you generate the activity planner, you'll want to click "Save" up at the top. Once you save it, your student should be able to view it on their end as long as your start date is for the current week.

I wish there was a save up at the top. There is a save as pdf, save as excel, print all, manage breaks buttons, but no save button. I watched the video, they click a save button, and I would love to click a save button, if only they gave me one.

What was the issue here. I am having this problem as well. The assignments aren't showing up on my child's portfolio.

    HI,

I am not exactly sure what the previous posters problem was, but here are a few tips:

    1. When you generate a schedule, you must save it right then. Not as a pdf file, simply save. After that if you wish to save it as a pdf file you can reopen it and do that. If you have saved it as a pdf file at the beginning, you cannot go back and save it to the account. (I think that might have been the issue for the previous poster)

    2. Once you save the schedule it will show up on your student's side on the page that says "Click to to Start."

    3. If you generate more than one schedule, you may need to be sure that the correct one is defaulted to the student. This can be done by clicking into the Create/Access Activity Plan button on the home page of the parent admin page and once you click on the student's name you will see a manage button which allows you to choose the plan you want defaulted to your student's side.

    4. If you decide to take breaks, you must first generate and save the plan, then go back in and select the breaks. Breaks are available by the week only.

    5. The planner is NOT an assignment maker. The student will still see all of the lessons when they login. The planner is simply a to-do list that can guide the student as to what lesson to do each day to stay on track for your specified time period.

Additional specific questions should be sent directly to [email protected] so that they can look at your individual account to resolve any issues you may have.

    Hope this helps!
