Default Activity Planner Doesn't Show Up

I setup a detailed planner for my son so that we can cover chapter 1 of each subjects for his first grade level but when I log into his account the activity planner doesn't show up. I have pulled up the directions and followed them step by step twice but still no luck. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Hey there. So sorry you're having trouble. I don't know that I could really help troubleshoot. :/ I did want to make sure to say though, that if you don't get an answer here over the weekend, please be sure to call Monday morning. The support lines open up at 8:30 am ET. (888) 771-0914

Where are you trying to access the planner? If you look on the student dashboard, you should see a button/link on the very first page after logging in.

    Hi!

Your student was not able to see the planner because the start date was 8/7/16. Your student should now be able to see the planner.

Please let us know if you are still having problems with viewing this. We recommend using Firefox as the browser. We are in the office Mon- Thurs 8:30- 8:30 pm Fridays 8:30- 6 pm EST 888-771-0914
