Chapter Test grading question
My daughter just took her Earth Space test on plate tectonics. While she was done taking it, there was a glitch in the system that wouldn't show her what answers she got wrong or right. It took about a few minutes until they did show up, but when they did, she received a grade of 75 with only 3 out of 20 questions marked as wrong. That should be an 85 for a grade, not a 75. Should I have her retake the test? But if she does, will it take the average of both tests rather than just one grade for the 2nd taking?
Thanks in advance for the assistance,
Danielle

Re: Chapter Test grading question
Hi Danielle! Some of these questions have multiple answers. If your student does not choose both answers for that questions, point will be deducted. Please feel free to review our Lesson Plans for the answer keys. This will help guide you.
Your student may go in an retake that test however there is no way to remove the scores from the portfolio. Each attempt will be recorded. When you generate a student score report, you'll see the scores combined for an overall average.
