Default Having issues with many games in the playground...

Today was our first day using the program with my very reluctant 3rd grader. He was very excited when I showed him that in between lessons he could play games in the playground. Then he got very frustrated because every game he wanted to play didn't work. First all of the action games do this weird spazzy thing where they instantaneously jump between the start screen, the game, and the game over screen. I tried clicking things and reloading but it did it on all of them. Then he went for the hangman game which just loaded to an all white screen and did nothing else. There were games he could get to work but he really had no interest in them. I wasn't sure if the issues had to do with Windows 10 incompatibility or any other issues on my end I might be able to fix. Am I the only one with this issue?

Hi! Windows 10 should not be a problem unless you are using the Edge browser. Time4learning recommends using Firefox.

We are having the same issue. We have Windows 10 and are using Firefox. We've tried 2 different computers, both windows 10, both using Firefox. On both computers, all of the action games do that spazzy thing you were talking about, while the other games were fine.

It's a shame that it's the action games affected because that's what my 3rd grader also is interested in

Are the Flash & Shockwave players up to date on the PC? We will be testing this out on our end and get back to you shortly.

We have tested the actions games today in Firefox and noticed that as long as we have the most up to date version of both Flash & Shockwave these games worked properly for us.

If you are still experiencing this problem, I recommend you contact the support team. They are in the office until 8:30pm EST. 888-771-0914

We use chrome because we will not use Firefox. As of the beginning of this week the action games have been working better. Not sure what was going on but thanks for your help.
