    Default I receive an application error when I try to open the pdf version of reports

    I receive an application error when I try to open the pdf version of reports. A new window pops up with this message - "Application error: The file '/clo_login.aspx' does not exist.." I have made and printed reports in the past,but this has been a problem for the last couple of weeks. Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this so I can view and print the reports?

    Hi Carrie,

    The same thing happened to me yesterday. I had to update my Adobe Reader. After I did that, I shut down my computer, let it take a 5 minute break (to establish a new connection) and turned it back on. Voila! It works perfectly now. You may want to give that a shot.
