    Default Lesson Screen going blank

    We have been using T4L successfully on three different computers with three different children for a couple of weeks. Today, the lessons have started going to a blank screen in the middle of the lesson and I can't figure out why. We have had the same issue when we'e switched to another computer.

    I'm wondering if it's an issue on the T4L side?

    We are sorry that you are having trouble.

    Recently, Internet Explorer issued updates on their browser. Unfortunately, those updates have caused some of our subscribers to have trouble accessing the Time4Learning website.

    If you are having trouble accessing our website with your Internet Explorer browser, our suggestion is to update to the Mozilla Firefox browser. Below are instructions on where and how to download Firefox.

    Click here to download Firefox.

    On the download page, choose the download version under English (US) and Windows.

    After you have downloaded Firefox, you will need to turn off the automatic updates for Firefox. To do this, open a browser window and click on Options, select Advanced, click on the Update tab, clear the checkboxes under Automatically check for updates to: Firefox, Installed Add-ons and Search Engines, and finally click OK.

    You can now use Firefox as your browser when you are logging onto Time4Learning.
