Default lessons not showing up as complete...

My son has completed a couple of math lessons and they are not showing up as being completed? I have been sitting with him while he does the lessons so that I could be sure of how this whole thing would work for him and up until today all was good. As he completed the lessons and the the quiz he would click the continue at the end of the quiz when they show the page of his scores then he would exit out of that and it would normally show that the lesson was complete with the banner and check mark and the arrow to move on to the next lesson,,, but not today,,, after his work he wanted to go to the play ground and it wouldn't let him, it kept saying that his work wasn't complete... we went back over the entire lesson and quiz like 3 times thinking that we had missed something but it is still not showing as done.... HELP... maybe we are doing something wrong. Just would like to get this cleared up so that we can move on. Don't want glitches during the school year and will need to be able to get his scores for our school records.
Thanks for any help and suggestions.... Valerie

We watched the video about exiting correctly, but it is still not showing up as completed. We are in high school so I don't know if it makes a difference. Also, since the bulk of your families expect an "assignments" section, which after reading the comments, is not available to us, don't you think after 4 years, we ought to have that option open to us?

Would appreciate knowing how to see tasks/assignments/whatever you call them, completed.

The Time4Learning program provides members with a full year’s worth of curriculum that is laid out in a suggested sequence with lessons building on each other. The program prompts your child to move from lesson to lesson marking them off as they are completed. Since the program is self-paced, you can decide how many lessons your child completes each day. The assignments function is used by teachers in schools and only allows them to assign one lesson at a time to their entire class. Since Time4Learning is a home-based curriculum, the assignments feature is not functional for home use.

To help with lesson planning, Time4Learning has designed an activity scheduler that can be used to figure out how many lessons to do per week, and can be accessed through the parent administration page. The activity scheduler allows you to break down the curriculum week- by-week into an easy to follow plan that can be printed out and saved in PDF form. Each activity is assigned a learning a learning activity number (LA#) which will be included on the generated schedule. The student can then type this LA# into the activity finder on your child’s launch page which will take them directly to the activity.
