My kids both had a lesson today that had a link that directed them to an error page. I took about 3 min to evaluate, and realized it was an internal issue. I called t4l. It was immediately checked, sent to the IT dept, and I was emailed a direct link. Took lesson than 10 minutes total to resolve once my kids brought it to my attention. Very quick and very polite! So I just wanted to let others know if they have a similar problem that the t4l staff is very quick, efficient, and polite.
