Need help with printing reports for homeschool review

I’m having issues printing reports. Last year it was so easy, now with updates everything has been a struggle for me this year. I can’t seem to print my daughters test or quizzes out with her answers and the score. I do this for her homeschool review. Help!

Usually, you can click on the score in a report and the the completed quiz or test will appear to print. The process can be a little different depending on her grade level, though. At what grade level is she working?
