    Default playground usage?

I still cannot figure out how to let my child use the playground...I must be nuts! Well, I guess I should begin with introducing myself! I am LaQuita from Kansas. I chose to use T4L as a supplement to our current curriculum...LifePacs. Mainly for math and LA. We've been using for two weeks now and so far so good, except for not figuring out the playground.

    Hi and Welcome Laquita!

What happens when you try to log in to the playground? Is your child logging in through the upper or lower level? That will make a difference as to how you access the playground.

    Default playground usage?

When he finishes a lesson and the timer is at 0...he goes to click on the playground icon at the top right hand corner of the launchpad...but nothing happens...the launchpad reappears

    Hi Laquita,

It sounds like you may have pop-up blockers affecting your system. If you hold the control key down while you hit the playground button, does that help?

If so, it is pop-up blockers. To get around that you could either try to turn off pop-up blockers or just allow pop-ups for Time4Learning. You could also just log in using "trouble shooting mode". Trouble shooting mode is specifically for getting around pop-up blockers.

Try that and let us know if it helps.
